Police round up 30 HR activists from Lainchaur

KATHMANDU, Dec 10: Police have arrested some 30 human rights activists including Krishna Pahadi while staging sit-in at the Lainchaur-based Indian Embassy.

They staged sit-in to pile pressure on Indian government to end blockade imposed on Nepal saying that rights of Nepal and Nepalis have been impeached.

Police made arrest soon after the function started at 1 pm.
