KATHMANDU, Dec 31: Chairman of UCPN (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Saturday urged leaders of all political parties to be sincere about completion of twin tasks of peace process and constitution drafting.

Addressing a program organized by the BP Museum Management at Sundarijal on the occasion of the 36th National Unity and Reconciliation Policy Day, Dahal said, “All of us must be committed toward concluding the twin tasks of peace process and constitution writing and political understating among parties is a must.”[break]

Speaking at the same function, Nepali Congress (NC) President Sushil Koirala said that now it was up to Dahal to take the tasks of peace process and constitution writing to conclusion. “Now, he (Dahal) must take courageous steps to give new constitution to the people on time,” stated Koirala.

CPN-UML leader KP Oli urged the parties not to get involved in blame game and to be serious toward the tasks at hand.

Madhesi People´s Rights Forum (MPRF) Chairman Upendra Yadav said that all the problems would get resolved if the parties give up their personal ego and interest for the sake of democracy as the late BP did.
