Badri Sah, 40, of Tamasuiya-7 has been arrested with 50 strips of Fenagran, 10 strips of Norfin, 50 strips of Dizapam and 100 Fortwin syringes.
According to Raj Kumar Shahi, inspector at the district police office, Siraha, Sah could be either a porter or a drug peddler.
Investigation into the case is on, Shahi said.
In the past, one-and-a-half months, police have arrested more than a dozen people with contraband in Siraha, a police report says.
