One goes missing in Humla Karnali

HUMLA, March 15: A 15-year-old boy has gone missing after he slipped while fishing in Karnali River at Jair VDC in the southern belt of Humla district on Monday.

Dhan Bahadur Lohar has gone missing in the river, local residents said. A search for the missing teenager is going on, it is said.



Meanwhile, huge amount of property has gutted in a fire that broke out in the house of Chhatra Budha at Shreenagar VDC in the district, police said.

Cattle, clothes, foodstuffs and other properties were reduced to cinder in the fire. Deputy Superintendent of Police Aun Prasad Yadav said that the police personnel from the Shreenagar Police Office carried out the rescue job after the incident. RSS
