KATHMANDU, June 17: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli left for Bangkok, Thailand for a regular health checkup on Wednesday afternoon.

Talking to journalist before his departure at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Oli remarked that it’s the Prime Minister Sushil Koirala’s idea to enforce the new constitution through a ‘super fast-track’ system.

Saying that he heard that PM Koirala is for allocating one month time to find out people’s view on the draft of the new statute, leader Oli claimed it won’t take such a long time to discover public opinion.

He was of the opinion that people’s outlook on the statue can be found even through media.

Oli frequently visits abroad for health check since his kidney transplantation in 2007.
