New Galaxy smartphones in market

KATHMANDU: Samsung has introduced three Galaxy smartphones -- Galaxy Mega, Galaxy Core and Galaxy Pocket Neo -- in the Nepali market.



Issuing a press statement on Tuesday, the company said all the three phones boasts of specific features targeting the need of the consumers.



The Galaxy Mega displays a mammoth 5.8 inch qHDTFT screen and is powered by the latest android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, 1.5 GB RAM and 1.4 GHz dual core processor. The phone has 8 GB internal memory and supports external memory up to 64 GB. It is available at RS 44,000. [break]



Similarly, Galaxy Core is a dual-SIM phone with Android Jelly Bean 4.1 OS and 4.3" screen. The phone comes with 1 GB RAM and 1.2 GHz dual core processor. Like Mega, it has 8 GB internal memory and expandable memory up to 64 GB. It costs Rs 28,500.



Likewise, Galaxy Pocket Neo is also a dual-SIM phone powered by Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 OS and 512 MB RAM. The phone has 4GB internal memory and supports external memory up to 32 GB. The phone is priced at RS 12,300.
