The deceased, Renu Sherpa who had reached Cyprus on housemaid visa, was currently staying in Cyprus illegally, informed NRN Cyprus Chairman Chandra Kishor Sah. [break]
The mishap occurred while police raided the house where she along with other Nepalis were partying.
Sherpa, originally from Naya Basti-2, Jorpati, Bauddha sustained serious injuries after the free fall.
Police rushed her to a hospital but she succumbed to her injuries during treatment said Sah. The details about the deceased family are not known yet, Sah further added.
