KATHMANDU, OCT 14: Nepal recorded 455 new cases and eight deaths linked to the COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. With the new number of deaths, the fatality from the deadly virus has reached 11,269 in total.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, as many as 6,241 COVID-19 tests were conducted on the day. Of the total 3,418 individuals who underwent PCR test, 398 were found contracted with the COVID-19. Likewise, 57 individuals of the total 2,796 who underwent antigen tests were diagnosed with the COVID-19.
