KATHMANDU, Jan 31: GSM operator Ncell has launched a new scheme, 'Night Voice Pack', which enables its prepaid customers to talk to other Ncell number at a very affordable rate of about 12 paisa per minute, excluding taxes, during night time. Releasing a press note on Sunday, the company said that the scheme is coming into effect from February 1.

"Night voice pack comprises on-net talk time of 60 minutes and is priced at Rs 7, excluding taxes. Thus, by subscribing to this pack, the customers can make call to any Ncell number at around 12 paisa per minute," the company added.
The pack is valid for 24 hours and will be applicable within Ncell network during 10pm to 6am, it added.
