"We formally informed the prime minister about our party´s decision regarding dismissal of our acting chairman from the post and urged him (prime minister) to relive Yadav from responsibility," said MPRF-R CC Member Rajiv Jha.

Altogether 12 CC members of MPRF-R on Sunday had announced dismissal of Yadav from acting chairman accusing the latter of running the party unilaterally.

According to Jha, they also urged the chairmen of all Madhesi parties associated with United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) not to acknowledge Yadav as acting chairman of MPRF-R at any of its meetings. "We informed them about our decision and urged them to include newly chosen Acting Chairman Nandan Kumar Dutta at the future meetings of UDMF," Jha added.

In response, Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato, MPRF-Democratic Chairman Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar and Tarai Madhes Democratic-Nepal Chairman Mahendra Yadav said that they would respect the party´s decision.

Meanwhile, the MPRF-R CC leaders led by Dutta are scheduled to meet President Ram Baran Yadav on Tuesday afternoon.
