MMC lifts 14th Aaha-Rara Gold Cup

KATHMANDU, Jan 30: Subash Gurung's decider in 51st minute helped Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) clinch the 14th edition of Aaha-Rara Gold Cup on Saturday.

MMC which has been a local favorite turned lucky this time after being adjusted runner-up in 12th and 13th editions of Aaha-Rara Gold Cup.The departmental giant Tribhuvan Army Club was eying a maiden title of the cup. Army had been beaten twice earlier in the final by another departmental rival, Nepal Police Club.
