Mega Bank, Yes Bank sign remittance pact

KATHMANDU, April 8: Mega Bank Nepal Ltd (MBNL) has signed an agreement with Yes Bank of India.



Issuing a statement, MBNL said that it's Chief Business Officer Raveena Desraj Shrestha and Yes Bank India's Group President Arun Agrawal and Senior President Ritesh Pai signed the agreement amid a ceremony held on Thursday.

According to the statement, the agreement will make it easier for Nepalis working in India to remit their money to Nepal.


"With the signing of the agreement, Nepali workers in India can now send the money that they earned in India to Nepal through Yes Bank," the statement added.
