The Maoist standing committee, central committee and office bearers meetings decided to hold talks with the parties to take peace process to the logical conclusion and carry on constitution drafting.[break]
The party had postponed a meeting after the Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal were to address different programs that will be organized on the occasion of International Workers´ Day on Sunday.
Vice-Chairman of the Party Narayan Kaji Shrestha said preparation has been made to hold talks with the Nepali Congress (NC) for Sunday evening. The discussion will mainly be focused on integration and management of Maoist combatants and statute writing.
