An application was filed by the plaintiffs at the apex court after the Appellate Court released the culprits on bail.
The application was registered at the SC arguing that the District and Appellate courts released them instead of sending to judicial custody.
Plaintiffs have sought the court’s order for arrest and demanded the court take the case to a conclusion by sending the defendants to custody.

All those arrested on the order of the District Court have secured release by posting bail bond.
