KL Dugar manager sent to judicial custody

KATHMANDU (REP-UBLICA): The Kathmandu District Court has sent KL Dugar Group manager Aman Jain and sales officer Pramod Adhikary to judicial custody on Monday. A single bench of Judge Dipendra Raj Bista sent them to judicial custody after a hearing on the case of fraud and black marketing against them. The police had taken control of two trucks each of Dhara and Gyan brand oil and a truck of Sunflower brand oil on December 4 after receiving complaints that the company had been hoarding and artificially hiking the prices of the products.
