Russia spends $71.2 billion on military every year and hence takes the third spot on this list. United Kingdom spends a total amount of $62.7 Billion on military every year which makes it the 4th highest military spender in the world. France is 5th on this list as it spends 44.788 billion Euros every year on military.

Japan spends $58.9 Billion on military every year and hence makes it to this list followed by India which spends $48.9 billion on its military costs each year. This makes India the 7th highest military spender in the world.

The 8th position on this list is occupied by Saudi Arabia which spends $48.2 Billion on military. Germany follows next as it spends 31.5 Billion Euros on military costs every year.
