KATHMANDU, March 13: Hasanpur Royals recorded second win in the Sagarmatha Cement Dhangadhi Cricket League as it beat Santoshi Tole by five wickets at the SSP Ground in Dhangadhi on Sunday.



Batting first, Santoshi Tole posted 118 runs losing five wickets in allotted 20 overs with Roshan Adhikari remaining not out on 31 runs off 26 balls and Sunil Dhamala scoring 23 off 17.

In reply, Hasanpur chased the target in last ball of the innings losing five wickets after Bhim Sarki scored 41 runs facing 39 balls and Dipendra Airee added 33 runs off 27 balls. Hasanpur, which has played five matches so far, is in the third position in the five-team competition.


Campus Road is leading the table with three wins out of four matches, while Chauraha is second with two wins from four matches.
