Inaugurating the seventh district convention of the UML affiliated intellectuals´ council in Morang on Sunday, he said the government was forging consensus with the Unified CPN (Maoist) and Nepali Congress to bring the budget on time.
On the occasion, he honored different persons from their contribution to different social spheres.
