Fire damages property worth Rs 4 million

Inruwa, Dec 24: A fire occurred at Haripur VDC-7, Bhantabari of Sunsaari last night caused damage worth Rs 4 million.

The fire engulfed eight houses of the area damaging millions of rupees, confirmed the Sunsari District Police Office.

Local eye witness said that the fire was broken out from the petroleum products stored in the corner of a house. The fire has tuned into ashes the house of locals including Mukesh Shrestha, Chhjotu Khatwe, Janardan Kamait, Suksen Kamait and Binod Sharma, informed Mikaile Alam, a local.
Local residents including Shivendra Karna, his wife Susmita Karna and his mother were injured in the fire incident.
The fire was doused with the help of fire engine of Inaruwa municipality, local people, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force. RSS
