‘Dreams’ grosses Rs 10.71 million in two days

KATHMANDU, March 6: Anmol KC starrer ‘Dreams’ has grossed Rs 10.71 million within the two days of the release.

The much-talked movie that was released in some 80 theatres across the country on Friday grossed the whopping amount, according to its director Bhuwan KC.       

“The movie grossed the amount till Saturday,” he said, “It made a good collection from cinema halls outside Kathmandu Valley.”

The movie collected Rs 3.9 million in Kathmandu and Rs 2.8 million outside the valley on Friday. On Saturday, Rs 6 million and Rs 4.5 million was grossed by the movie outside and inside Kathmandu respectively.

Hall operators have said the movie ran into packed houses in most of the theatres for two days.

‘Dreams’ stars KC, son of actor Bhuwan KC and Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah, among others. Most of the film was shot in Mustang district.
