However, RCT, which is known for balanced performance, kept on attacking for making a comeback.
Bansbari goalkeeper Ajit Prajapati made a brilliant save to an attempt of RCT´s Olawale. Bhim Darlami provided the ball to Dangol and he further passed it to Olawale but Prajapati made an equally brilliant save. Prajapati defused some other attacks from RCT.
However, Dangol proved to be the hero of the match as the young striker helped RCT to make a dream comeback. He scored an equalizer in the 81st minute utilizing a pass from Nishan Nepali and taking advantage of defensive lapses of Bansbari.
Dangol sealed the result 2-1 in the second minute of injury time in a counter-attack.
"We had to play under pressure as we could not utilize early chances," said RCT coach Madhu Karki with a sigh of relief. On the other hand, Bansbari coach Hari Om Shrestha said that his boys could not put up expected performance and blamed lack of time for good preparation.
