Participants, some of whom were partially undressed, carried placards with bold slogans such as "Where are the rights for Dalits?" to demand justice and recognition of their rights. The protest quickly escalated when demonstrators attempted to break through a restricted area, leading to a brief standoff with the police.

The police intervened to maintain order, but the passionate rally of the Dalit community reverberated throughout the capital. As the protest unfolded, it highlighted both the unity and struggle of the Dalit people in their quest for social justice.
