According to sources here, Chand has held talks with some members of the foreign department of Chinese Communist Party and with some experts. The source said Chand visit was informal. He is scheduled to fly back to Kathmandu on Friday.
Chand is accompanied by a cadre of the party from Dang district. Earlier, he was accompanied by his aide Sunil Sharma and party´s central members Maheshwar Dahal in May.
Following the formation of CPN-Maoist, Chairman Mohan Baidya had paid visit to China. During his visit, Chinese leaders had stressed on the need for unification of the Maoist party.
