KATHMANDU, March 15: Citizens Bank International Ltd (CBIL) has said that it was purchasing new core banking software. Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the commercial bank said that it has started the process to purchase the software as part of its effort to provide modern banking services.

According to the statement, the bank has signed agreement Indian firm Edge Verve System to purchase the software. The bank has also signed an agreement with CAS Trading House to install the software.
