The 34-year-old posted a series of videos that showed her in just a bikini, dancing seductively to "S O B" by Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.
Their precise purpose wasn't clear, as Spears did not add any captions underneath the videos.
In the three short clips, the mother of two can be seen with new tattoos on her torso as she gyrates on the floor in a black ensemble, flicking her blonde hair and generally channeling her early "I'm A Slave 4 U" years.
Spears is currently taking a six week break from her lengthy Las Vegas residency, in which she's performing her "Britney: Pieces of Me" revue taking in her back catalogue of hits.
