The Red Cross said Monday that authorities are searching for the missing, but that a high tide is hampering the efforts. The aid group said at least seven people are confirmed killed, 25 were rescued and 23 swam to shore.[break]
The boat capsized near the resort town of Lamu, which lies on Kenya´s Indian Ocean coastline near the border with Somalia.
