Talking to media persons in Bhaktapur on Friday, he said India has stood in the way of budget and formation of a new government.[break]
Even though the three major parties are holding secret talks, formation of a new government and forging political consensus will not be possible unless India desires, he said. "Political way out comes from India, not from the three parties."
He said that any matter pertaining to the 12-point pact can move ahead when Delhi wants. "Leaders of the three parties have been enmeshed in Indian trap. India wants UNMIN to exit Nepal because it wants to increase its clout in Nepal."
In another context, Bijukchhe said, "India does not want to hand over the power to the President as it cannot wield its influence when the President gets the key of the government."
"India wants to pile pressure on the UCPN (Maoist) and Nepal and increase Indian influence here. Delhi´s claim that Nepali Maoists have provided training to the Indian Maoists is false," he said.
