KATHMANDU, Dec 4: Bhargav Bikash Bank limited (BBBL) has announced to distribute 21.05 percent dividend to its shareholders.

Issuing a statement, the Nepalgunj-based bank said that its board of directors meeting held on Thursday decided to propose 20 percent bonus shares and 1 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders.
The decision of the board, however, is subject to the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and BBBL's upcoming annual general meeting, according to the statement.
