B-Boys to battle it out

KATHMANDU July 25: If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your next Saturday, then head to Moksh on July 28.



The B-Boying dance group, Everest Crew, is organizing a B-Boying competition, sponsored by Fabulous and supported by The Culture.

Each entry fee to the Battle Warrior 3 on 3 BBoy Championship is Rs 300, and every interested B-Boy crew can participate after paying the registration fee of Rs 1,000.[break]



The winning team will get Rs 20,000 in cash as prize.



The registration forms have been accepted since the last two weeks and will finally close on Friday, July 27.

Nishanta Gauchan, a member of Everest Crew, said, “We have 16 crews ready and there are still some more who want to join the battle. The competition will also feature various power moves like headspins, flares, handhops, windmills and jack hammers.”

The event will also have on sale T-shirts, Break beats, and music CDs priced at Rs 600, Rs 300 and so on.

The event is scheduled to start at 12 noon and will be followed by a dance party.
