The qualifier, scheduled for next year, will see 43 nations, divided into West Zone and East Zone, compete against one another.
The West Zone has 25 teams while the East Zone 18.Altogether 16 teams will qualify for the final round--with ten group winners, five best second-placed teams and host Iran earning automatic qualification.
The qualification round will be hosted from September 28 to October 6, next year.
Qatar, which defeated DPR Korea 1-0 in the last year's final, is the reigning champion.
The seeding for the draw was determined based on the rankings from the AFC U-19 Championship last year.
Bhutan, Kyrgyzstan, Northern Mariana Islands, Sri Lanka, Syria and Timor-Leste, who will participate in the 2016 tournament qualifiers, but did not take part in the 2014 edition, have been added in the table as non-ranked teams.
Indonesia was excluded from the seeding table after FIFA suspended its association.
A total of 45 nations will participate in the qualifiers with the draw seeding based on the rankings from the last edition.
Qualification for the final round will be held from September 12-20 in India next year.
Altogether 16 teams--eleven group winners and four best second-placed teams--will qualify for the finals, with hosts India receiving an automatic qualification.
