KATHMANDU, Jan 13: The Administrative Court has issued a directive to the government to make a clear legal arrangement regarding performance evaluation of government employees who do not comply with the principles brought forward by the court.

The court issued this order after non-implementation of its directive on a case heard by its Chairman Kashi Raj Dahal as well as members Chitra Dev Joshi and Balananda Poudel against Surya Giri of Land Survey Department, Minbhawan, and repeating the same nature of error again and again.

In 2064, the court had defined the principles that need to be considered while making any decision by an authorized authority and informed that to adhere to this directive is the a duty of the concerned body and authority.
