2 jolts felt as of 2:16 pm today

KATHMANDU, June 5: A fresh aftershock with 4 in the Richter scale has struck with its epicenter in Kathmandu on Friday.

According to National Seismological Center (NSC), the tremor was felt at 2:16 pm.


Earlier a 4.1-magnitude jolt was recorded at 10:2 am, with its in Sindhupalchowk.

With this latest tremor, the number of the aftershocks has climbed to 298 following the devastating 7.6-magnitude earthquake that rocked the country on April 25.
