RAUTAHAT, Nov 14: Lawyers of the main accused in the 2008 Rautahat bomb blast, Mohammad Aftab Alam, have argued that Alam is being framed due to his political views and that the case is 'baseless' and should be scrapped. Four lawyers pleading on behalf of Alam said this during the hearings at the District Court, Rautahat on Wednesday.

ROLPA, Nov 14: The total number of students in Rolpa during last year was 81,702, according to the District Coordination Committee. In the current fiscal year, the number of students has declined to 67,188. The public schools in Rolpa are reportedly suffering human resource crisis along with lack of proper infrastructure.
