KATHMANDU, Nov 11: Chief of Indian Army General Dalbir Singh has arrived in Nepal on a three-day visit to inspect the joint exercise--Surya Kiran-- that is underway in Saljhandi of Rupandehi district. Around 250 Indian Army soldiers from the Kumaon third battalion and an equal number from Nepal Army's Jabbar Jung Battalion are participating in the exercise.
