KATHMANDU, July 24: An Indian national arrested on the charge of throwing acid on a 22-year-old woman in Bafal said that he didn’t know there was acid in the bottle. “I was asked to throw the liquid in the bottle on the girl. I thought it was liquor as it was a liquor bottle. I had no clue that the bottle had acid in it,” Munna Mohammad, an Indian national, told during police interrogation.
