KATHMANDU, June 25: Government Spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communications, Sherdhan Rai on Saturday that they are open for leadership if parties forge national unity.
“We never said that national unity was possible only under the leadership of this government,” he said, “Anyone can lead the national consensus government.”

On a separate note, he said that talks would not be possible if the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) puts its seven-point demands as pre-conditions for dialogues.
“Rewriting the constitution is not possible as per the seven-point demand,” he said.
