They are Tendi Sherpa of Gudel VDC-4, Pasang Shepa of Juke village in the district and Kaji Sherpa of Okhaldhunga district. [break]
They had gone missing in an avalanche. Of the three, bodies of Tendi and Pasang have been retrieved. Though a helicopter of the Mountain Air landed at the base camp on Sunday morning to airlift the bodies, it is unable to return due to bad weather, it is learnt.
The bodies are kept at Himlung Base Camp No. 1, said Datenji Sherpa.
