“Entries for the DV-2015 Diversity Visa lottery must be submitted electronically during the registration period. Applicants may access the electronic Diversity Visa entry form (E-DV) at www.dvlottery.state.gov during the registration period,” US Embassy said in a statement on Tuesday. [break]
According to the Embassy, the winners must have completed minimum twelve years of formal education, or equivalent, to qualify for a visa.
Vocational degrees, including from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), will only count if they are accepted in Nepal as a basis for further academic study in all institutes of higher education, reads the statement.
The lottery program will close on November 2, 2013.
