KATHMANDU, May 16: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place at 4 PM today. Previously scheduled for 11 AM today, the meeting was postponed as efforts are underway to forge consensus for resolving the House deadlock.
The meeting was postponed after Speaker Devraj Ghimire held a telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, said Ghimire's Press Coordinator Shekhar Adhikari.

The Prime Minister had urged the Speaker to postpone the meeting, saying that initiatives were on to forge consensus with the main opposition party, the Nepali Congress regarding removing the obstruction in the House.
