KATHMANDU, Oct 31: The government has decided to provide Rs 300,000 each to all runner-up players of the Nepali team in the recently concluded SAFF Women's Championship in Kathmandu.
Member Secretary of the National Sports Council (NSC), Tanka Lal Ghising, announced that each runner-up player of the Nepali team in the championship will be awarded Rs 300,000.

Similarly, the Head Coach will receive Rs 200,000, while the manager, assistant coach and medical personnel will each be awarded Rs 120,000, Ghising stated.
In the seventh edition of the SAFF Women's Championship, Nepal finished as the runner-up. Nepal was defeated by Bangladesh in the final held at Dasarath Stadium on Wednesday.
