KATHMANDU, Nov 22: While medical practitioner Durga Prasai is preparing to demonstrate in Kathmandu on Thursday for what he called liberating the debtors of financial institutions including banks, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has warned that the government will act strictly against loan defaulters.
