Durga Prasai's 'black soot squad' coordinator Shambhu Thapa arrested

KATHMANDU, March 8: Shambhu Thapa, the coordinator of controversial medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai's 'black soot squad', has been arrested from Bharatpur. Thapa threatened to smear black soot on the heads of banks and financial institutions.
