SC orders administration to register writ petition of DIG Pokharel who retired without being promoted to AIG

KATHMANDU, July 23: The Supreme Court (SC) has directed the administration to register the writ petition of Posh Raj Pokharel, who retired as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) despite being recommended for promotion to Additional Inspector General (AIG).
