Sanjay Prasad Gupta, 19, died on the way to a hospital after two individuals shot him at 5 a.m. Birgunj city is tense after the relatives of the deceased have obstructed roads demanding action against the cluprits.
The relatives are protesting at Ghantaghar, Maistanchowk and outside District Administration Office.
They have also vandalized a vehicle belonging to former minister Shyam Sundar Gupta.
Police has arrested Baiju Gupta and Shambhu Barnawal in this connection. Gupta and Barnawal, both friends of deceased, had taken him to a hospital.
The three had gathered outside the Customs Office for a trip to Patna, India.
Meanwhile, two individuals were killed on Wednesday night in police action at Reshamkothi, Birgunj. Those killed are Bhola Srivastav and Mohan Srivastav, both of Raxual, India.
