MAHOTTARI, Nov 9: Police have arrested a youth on the charge of stealing recharge cards.
According to District Police Office, Mahottari, 18-year-old Hareram Yadav of Siswaktainya-3 has been arrested for stealing recharge cards kept on sale at the medicine shop belonging to Satendeshwar Kumar Sah in Siswaktainya-4.

Police have taken Yadav into custody and carrying out investigation on him, said SP Janak Bhattarai.
