Thousands win free recharge in Sprite campaign

KATHMANDU, Aug 7: As many as 28,500 consumers have received mobile recharge worth Rs 350,000 in the first week of Sprite's promotional campaign 'Sprite Refresh and Recharge', according to a statement issued by Coca-Cola Company. Lucky customers received recharge coupon worth Rs 10 to Rs 5,000, the company added. “I had bought two bottles of Coke that day. I read about the offer on the label. I only had given a try hoping to win Rs 10 or Rs 20 but I was in total disbelief when I won the Rs 5,000 worth of talk time,” Coca-Cola company quoted one of the winners, Goma Budhathoki, in the statement. The campaign began on July 23.
