UDAYAPUR, April 10: A 21-year-old man has been arrested with brown sugar, a banned narcotic substance, in Udayapur.
According to Udayapur District Police Office, Dibash BK of Belaka Municipality-9, Rampur, was apprehended on Wednesday from Bhachuwa in the same area. Police recovered 240 milligrams of brown sugar from his possession.

DSP Kedarman Dong, the spokesperson for the District Police Office, said the suspect is being held at the Area Police Office in Rampur for further investigation.
