KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Parsa police have arrested a young man with illegal gold.



The police took him under control with 107.89 grams of gold from Railway Road in Birgunj Metropolitan City-8. Jay Prakash Kumar Sonar, 28, a resident of Bhediyahi, Birgunj Metropolitan City-15, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon.

Police deployed from the District Police Office, Parsa, found the driver Sonar with the gold while checking a motorcycle numbered (Na 62 Pa 2705) and arrested him. Further investigation into the incident is underway, the police said.
