BIRATNAGAR, Jan 12: The Koshi provincial government has announced that the winter session of the provincial assembly will begin on January 20.

According to government spokesperson and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Rewatiraman Bhandari, the decision was made during a meeting of the provincial Council of Ministers on Sunday morning.
Based on the government’s recommendation, Province Chief Parshuram Khapung will officially convene the session.
