KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Samakhusi Futsal, Shankhamul Futsal and Stupa Futsal emerged victorious in their respective matches in the ongoing National Futsal League, on Monday. 

In the group B matches played at Chaur Recreational Center, Samakhusi defeated Rajini Futsal 8-7 while Shankhamul overcame Futsal Village 7-0. Likewise in other matches of the group, Chaur faced 9-3 defeat at the hands Stupa Futsal at its home ground and Rave Futsal registered 6-5 win over Dhuku Futsal Hub. 

With a third win in the competition, Samakhusi has climbed to the top of group B with ten points from four matches. Shankhamul and Chaur are in the second and third positions with nine and seven points respectively.

In the group A matches, Kick-Off Futsal routed Khumaltar Yuba Club by 10-4 while Harisiddhi Futsal got past BG Brothers by 7-6 in the matches played at Stupa Futsal in Bouddha. 

In other matches of the same group, Dhanyantri Futsal registered a 7-3 win against Khalibari Football Club while Divine Busy Futsal defeated Swayambhu Recreation Center by 7-4. 

After producing third win in the league, Dhanyantari has now jumped at the top with nine points from four matches. Despite having equal points, Divine Busy Futsal and Swayamnhu are in the second and third places on the goal difference.
